	<description>
The One and Only Carbsmith!
Well, hello ma'am. And hello to you too, sir. You've just arrived at the humble home of the one and only Carbsmith. I know everything there is to know about carbs, and even some things that aren't to know about carbs. And if you're confused already, don't you worry, because it is going to get easier as we go along. You see, sometimes I tend to ramble a bit, but I always make a good point. And that's just me I guess, your friendly Internet Carbsmith. Take me for what I am, love me for what I do. But what is it that I do, you ask? Well, I dispense precious knowledge regarding all things carbs - which ones to eat, which ones not to eat, when to eat the ones you're supposed to eat, when not to eat the ones you're not supposed to eat (never), and other delightful things like that. See what I mean? The Carbsmith is your ticket to healthy eating. And also to New Jersey if you're willing to sit in the back of my Saturn.

Now, where was I?
Ah, yes, carbs. When it comes to carbs. you can trust the Carbsmith. Listen now, and I will give you an example of my amazing talent and wisdom. The most important thing before you go and start counting carbs is that you must be able to count. If not, this whole dieting thing is likely to totally backfire. Ok, ok, now I know that may have been pretty obvious, but I am really just trying to illustrate a point. Many of the essential "do's and dont's" of carbs are pretty common sense when it comes down to it. But hey, we all need a little extra help sometimes, and I, the one and only Carbsmith, am happy to provide that for you. So grab a piece of bread, whole wheat of course, and listen to what I've got to say. It might just change the way you go about your day!
