Good Carbs
Good carbs and Bad Carbs -- Any carbs that help out your diet are good carbs.
Good Carbs: Consume Them Today
When it comes to the dieting process, everyone thinks of carbs and fats as the enemy. But fats and carbs are what balance out a diet, they both serve their purposes. Of course, there are good carbs and bad carbs and good fats and bad fats. But even the bad carbs and bad fats have their place in a diet. Think of it this way, without evil there wouldn't be any good in the world. Without any bad carbs, there wouldn't be any good carbs and they would be pointless. You have to be selective, but careful when it comes to dieting; careful not to eliminate a portion out of your diet that may actually be beneficial.
All Carbs Can Be Good Carbs
When it comes to carbs, of course we've all been told that there are good carbs and bad carbs. But are carbs really bad? Carbs do a lot for our body. Although some are more complex than others and have different nutritional values, they all serve their purpose. Cutting carb completely out of your diet will leave behind nothing but calories, and calories are really what make you gain weight. When dieting, you should burn more calories than you take in. Carbs give you energy. The good carbs make you feel fuller longer while bad carbs fade faster. So if you eat your good carbs, you will feel fuller for a longer period of time, allowing you to burn off your calories.
Dieting is a tricky things. It's almost like doing math. You have to know what to eat and when, and what combinations go with what. But once you master the concept, you should have no problem sticking to it. But before even starting a diet, make sure you consult your doctor to make sure this diet is for you.
