	<title>Low Carbs</title>
	<description>
"I didn't know what it meant to be low in carbs at first, but then I started this diet, and it's the best thing I've ever done. At first, I was skeptical because I thought it was going to be like "sugar free," where there is no taste, but the majority of the food tastes just like regular food. If someone wouldn't have told me that I was eating food with low carbs, I would be none the wiser. I'm not a big diet person to begin with, because I was afraid everyone would know I was dieting and I would just look like the fat chick trying to be skinny. But everyone I know follows not just a low carbs diet, but they make it a lifestyle."

This is just one example of someone that is proud to have started such a dietary plan.

The Skinny On Low Carbs
When it comes to low carbs, there is a negative connotation, a big misconception. Granted, if you don't know what you're doing, you may abuse the whole notion of low carbs and the low carb diet. It's best to follow a guide and not enter a diet blind. It will save you a lot of aggravation in the end and you won't have to back track on your diet. When it comes to food, there is a certain pecking order in which to eat. You can't blatantly leave out any component of any food group because you think it's bad for you. Everything serves a purpose, from fats to sugars and beyond.

"I started my low carbs a few months ago, but for some reason, not only was I not losing weight, but I was always tired. Then I realized what I was doing wrong. I was eliminating completely parts of my food groups, causing me to lack important nutrients. Once I corrected that, everything was perfect."Pam
