Carbs
Carbs are best ingested from natural sources. Avoid carbs that come in a box and are make-believe friendly nutritional meals - when in reality, they are chemical abominations.
Carbs -- The Basics
Carbs - are they driving your nuts? Wish you could stick to that all-protien diet that is sworn by by bad-breath chain-smoking celebrities as they ingrain futher their caffiene IV drip?
Attempting the impossible
Guess what? The reason you fall off the lowcarbs diet is because it is impossible. You need these critical fuel suppliers for so many reasons, physiologically. Don't take on the impossible. You should redefine your relationship with carbs - rather than buy into these absurd nutritional fairy tales that are flaunted by the media. Do not deprive your body of the good carbs it needs. Doing so will be depleting cells of required building blocks that will affect multiple important functioning systems in your body - in addition to affecting your basic ability to think and function!
Overprocessed carbs
Don't do it! Don't buy into the fanfare and buzz. Rather, nurture and grow. Do what makes sense. Feed your body from a variety of food sources. Always attempt to get as close to natural or whole as you possibly can. Fruits and vegetables, althought not always realistic or readily available, can provide a fine majority of important carbs - just as whole wheat grains in pasta and breads can. Stay away from overproccessed foods, if possible. Also, if you're label-reading and the list of ingredients is carrying right off the box - you may want to avoid that chemical abomination. Think about what taking in all that artifice can do to your body. Your body will have to work extra hard to break it down. Now compare this to what happens when you take in natural, whole foods - your body says "Thank you. I don't have to call forth an entire army to break this mother down!"
