Ah, the glory of so much is contained within the carbohydrate. Come hell or high water, this energy power house that has stolen our hearts and souls just won't quit. Occasionally making an appearance in the most unexpected of places - this superstar will not hold back. You can't keep the mighty carbohydrate down. Check your muffins. Dust off those old cartons of spaghetti from 1989. Wow! Drop trough, there are even carbohydrates in that healthy fruit you keep avoiding!
Remember to get in plenty of healthy carbohydrates - which would be those righteous buggers found in unprocessed foods. Stay away from cake and cookies and any other source of bleached flour products. Hey, we're not saying you have to exist on a life of brown rice and veggies - come on - no one should have to spend a lifetime in nutritional purgatory - but - at least mix it up. You know what they say, the key is always (in so many areas in life - not just with regard to food), in moderation and balance. Experiment till you find your healthy balance.
