Low Carb: The Only Way To Go
You can't be healthy without eating healthy, but for some reason, it seems you can't eat healthy without the food tasting horrible. Well, all that's over. Now, with all the diet and food choices out there, you can eat good and healthy and food still tastes great. There are so many recipes out there that cater to the healthy, but they are so good you can't tell the difference between them and regular food.

And with the low carb diet being such a craze, everyone is looking to eat great and still drop the weight. Before, that was unheard of, but now, it's nothing unusual. The low carb diet can hardly be considered a diet, but a way of cooking and living. There is hardly any difference between normal food and low carb food. We've come a long way.

Coconut Cake
Ingredients:
egg whites (one cup of 8)
one tablespoon of sugar substitute
Splenda (12 packets)
almond flour (quarter cup -- one ounce size)
shredded coconut (one and three-fourths cup -- four ounce size)
vanilla extract (one teaspoon -- sugar free)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix egg whites with sugar substitute, Splenda and vanilla until firm. Carefully add remaining ingredients. Put in oven and turn off heat, leave overnight. When done, keep refrigerated (it will spoil otherwise).
With the exception of the sugar substitute and Splenda, this dessert is just like any other. If you weren't the one baking it, you wouldn't be any wiser as to what ingredients were used in this low carb treat. It will shock you just how "normal" it tastes. There are other recipes such as this one. Just because you're dieting does not mean you have to sacrifice taste.
