	<title>Low Carb Bread</title>
	<description>
The perceived hypocritical nature of low carb bread
Now we know what you are thinking. Since bread is supposedly made up of all carbs, how can there possibly be low carb bread, as that would be like having low fat Bloomin' Onions at the Outback. But it is not quite that complicated or unrealistic. You see, there are breads with lower carbs than others, and there are breads with better carbs than others too. This is not a world of absolutes. There is not a provider of low carb bread that is giving a magic product whereas all the others bite. But, there are issues.

Good carbohydrates make it possible for people to get the nutrients they need, feel full, and burn energy during their workouts. This way they are not sluggish and tired and unable to get good exercise, which will happen if you take the low carb kick too far. You gotta wonder about people who will go that crazy about something like this.
They just believe all the hype and do not want to really see it through.
Or, they can't motivate to go on a real diet and are looking for a quick fix.
Either way, we are sure this does not refer to you.
