Distinguishing Healthy Low Carb Diets From Quick Fix Garbage
A word (or about 300, give or take) concerning healthy low carb diets
People in America are fat. Let's face it. We are the only nation in the world with this kind of obesity problem and we are also the only nation in the world so superficial that we would then make people feel bad about it. Well don't hate the player, hate the game. And win that game. You can be a lot more healthy. Low carb diets will help make that a possibility for you. Don't think you are incapable of winning this battle because you most certainly are not. All you have to do is be a little smart about it.
After all, there are major differences between healthy low carb diets and regular, quick fix, see it on TV, do no work on your own, seemingly too good to be true diets. If you want to achieve something, you are going to have to work for it.
- Eliminating some of the worst, most empty carbs from your diet? A good idea, without question.
- Eliminating all of them altogether? Not a component of healthy low carb diets, whatsoever. At all.
- Making it out to be an easy task when in reality it requires dietary adjustment and a lot of exercise in order to get your ass in shape? That is what a lot of the diet "gurus" out there do, and it's not recommended by our site.
- The Carbsmith wants you to recover from your weight problem but he wants you do to it right.
- That means good carbs, complex carbs, and regular exercise. None of this quick fix nonsense!
