The carb isn't as dangerous as it may seem - you just need to know how to handle the carb properly.

CARB.

Ahhh, yes, the ever-infamous carb. So hard to unravel the mysterious ways of this miniscule thing. Backwards it is "brac," but that doesn't reveal much. How can so many people be so crazy and worked up over such a teeny, tiny, seemingly insignificant piece of matter? Could it be that the carb is some sort of mind-control device, planted into our ecosystem by menacing space aliens from the planet Voltron? Is the carb really an illusion, created by our subconscious minds in order to compensate for our lack of understanding ofthe world around us? Maybe it's really a doorway into a secret dimension where everyone wears funny hats and talks like Gilbert Gottfried?

...Or maybe...

Just maybe, the carb is something that we must look out for when we eat, for if we eat too many, or too many of the wrong kind, that is, we will surely gain more of that unwanted fat that has us looking more and more like our pleasantly plump Aunt Helda with each passing day. Yes, the latter of the few must be the answer. Fortunately, however, you have I, the world-famous, internationally known and admired Carbsmith. (Cue theme music.) I am here to save the day, and I shall do so by instructing and educating you all about the enigmatic carb. If you're ready to finally stop adding pounds faster than Speedy Gonzalez, listen to my words of wisdom. You have nothing to lose, except your gut. And that fat around the thighs. Oh, and on your arms. And back. And...well, you get the point.

More Than Just Portion Control.

Despite the misguided beliefs of some, you cannot simply avoid the carb if you want to lose weight. Furthermore, you can't just eat smaller portions. The trick is in eating the right things, at the right times, and in the right amounts. If you can get that formula down, you'll be fit as a fiddle. A very healthy fiddle!
